We deliver nationally across Australia and provide several delivery options. Eligible delivery may vary depending on what you’re purchasing and the delivery location.

Shipping Timeframe from Supplier (3-10 business days)

Once your order is placed, we work with the supplier to confirm your order and ship your items to The Plumbing Store warehouse. We’ll consolidate your order and it will be dispatched from our warehouse in Western Australia to you.

Standard Delivery (7-10 business days)

This service is referred to as Parcel Post and is a standard-priced option provided by our main delivery partner, Australia Post. The estimated delivery date will vary as this depends on where you live.

Express Delivery (3-7 business days)

The main provider of this service is Australia Post, and you’ll be notified at each step of the delivery process.

Depending on the size and type of item, you may be able to choose Express Delivery while completing your purchase. The delivery time is a close recommendation that will depend on where you live and where the item is being dispatched from.

Courier Express Delivery (3-7 business days)

This service is provided through StarTrack and is available depending on certain factors, such as:

• the items in your order and their availability
• the time you place your order
• where your items are dispatched from and the delivery postcode
