Change of Mind

Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.

If you need any assistance throughout your shopping experience, please reach out to our support team through “Contact Us,” by submitting a help request form or calling our support number. Someone from our Customer Support team will get back to you as soon as possible, generally within 24 hours, or do their best to help you over the phone.


In the case where your goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, and are different to the product shown on our website, we are happy to offer a refund, credit or exchange.

If a product is unavailable due to updated stock items, we will notify you through email as soon as possible. You can choose to receive a refund or opt to select another item.

If you’ve selected to receive a refund due to stock unavailability or after returning a faulty product, your refund will be processed as following:

  • Within 3-5 business days for stock unavailability
  • Within 5-7 business days of The Plumbing Store receiving your returned goods
