Shipping & Delivery
We deliver nationally across Australia and provide several delivery options. Eligible delivery may vary depending on what you’re purchasing and the delivery location. We do our best to work with our delivery partners, or available alternatives, to deliver to both metro and remote locations across Australia.
Shipping Timeframe from Supplier (3-10 business days)
We source our items from Australian suppliers that we have partnered with. Once your order is placed, we work with the supplier to confirm your order and ship your items to The Plumbing Store warehouse. This can take 3 – 10 business days. We’ll consolidate your order and it will be dispatched from our warehouse in Western Australia to you. All estimated delivery times are based on when your order is dispatched from our distribution centre in Western Australia.
Standard Delivery (7-10 business days)
This service is referred to as Parcel Post and is a standard priced option provided by our main delivery partner, Australia Post. The estimated delivery date will vary as this depends on where you live.
You’ll be notified at each step of the delivery process including:
- When it leaves the distribution centre in Western Australia
- Once a tracking number becomes available
- Estimated delivery duration
Express Delivery (3-7 business days)
The main provider of this service is Australia Post, and you’ll be notified at each step of the delivery process.
Depending on the size and type of item, you may be able to choose Express Delivery while completing your purchase. If you choose Express Delivery, you’ll receive tracking notifications from our delivery partner once they have picked up your item(s) for delivery.
The delivery time is a close recommendation that will depend on where you live and where the item is being dispatched from. Delivery may also be impacted by COVID-19 limitations that are occurring throughout parts of Australia.
Courier Express Delivery (3-7 business days)
This service is provided through StarTrack and we do our best to work with the delivery provider to make sure your purchase is collected as soon as possible.
Courier Express Delivery is available depending on certain factors, such as:
- the items in your order and their availability
- the time you place your order
- where your items are dispatched from and the delivery postcode
You’ll be notified at every stage of the delivery process, and we’ll inform you as soon as your items are dispatched. You’ll be able to track its delivery status with a tracking number and our delivery partner will do their best to give you the most accurate expected delivery date. In case of any delays due to COVID-19 limitations across the country, you’ll be informed as early as possible.
