Founded on the principles of design, quality and customer service, Phoenix has been producing tapware, showers and bathroom accessories since 1989. Our Design Team's expertise in style, innovation and first-class engineering, have established our prominent position in the Australian bathroom industry.
From humble beginnings Phoenix has grown to become one of the dominant producers of bathroom products in Australia. The company, established by Brian Wansbrough, founder of Gainsborough Hardware and successful builder, began manufacturing high quality, heritage style three piece tapware and accessories in Australia in 1989. From 2005, under new senior management, the company set about redeveloping Phoenix’s approach to design and quality. In the ensuing years we have grown to a position of strength and design leadership.
Our relentless focus on design and innovation ensures customers will always enjoy the best bathroom experience. We offer tailored design solutions and bespoke manufacturing services to customers globally. Our Australian design team has a collective 72 years’ experience in the design industry and has been recognised for their outstanding achievements throughout this time, most recently with 3 iF Product Design awards in 2014.
During the creation of each product, the upmost care and precision is taken to ensure all factors involved in the design and production are in-line with our commitment to producing premium quality products. We are proud of these efforts and the outcome of quality products and believe our substantial warranty program is testament to this.
Phoenix’s sales staff and agents cover all metro and country areas of Australia and we pride ourselves on the service they and our customer service centre provide. We distribute nationally from our Victorian warehouse with satellite warehouses in Adelaide and Perth.
