Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express (2% surcharge will apply) or PayPal.

Your order will be delivered with a tax invoice, please keep this invoice as this will be your proof of purchase for any returns or warranty claims.

Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make an incorrect choice. You can choose between a refund, credit or exchange where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, and are different to the product shown on our website.

If we are unable to supply a product we will advise you by email on the expected delivery date or on an occasion the product is no longer available you can choose a refund for the product or reselect a different product.

Your order will be supplied once complete, there will be no backorders made and you will be advised by email of any delays.

You will have a choice of delivery options via Australia Post (regular and express), StarTrack and Fastway Couriers, you can select the option that best suits you.

The Plumbing Store is unable to commit to an exact delivery time, but we will forward your delivery instructions on to the transport company, we will advise you when your order has been dispatched along with the transport companies tracking number.
